Hampton Investments Pty Ltd (trading as Oceanic Constructions Queensland) was established in Gladstone in the late 1960's. Since its inception, the Oceanic Constructions Group has built several hundred houses in and around the Gladstone Region from Miriam Vale to Emerald and even offshore on both Curtis and Facing Islands. We have also been involved in numerous unit developments, and industrial and commercial commercial projects. Gladstone is one of our core growth areas and is being heralded as the next investment capital of Australia, with the much publicised planned construction of a $7 Billion Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Plant. We have re-established our Gladstone office and have a significant forward workload in 2011 and 2012, as outlined below (units are selling fast). These projects are being developed and built by Oceanic Constructions Queensland and we are also active in tendering for a number of commercial projects in the region. |
