Oceanic Constructions Group is an established Queensland Building Contractor and Project Management firm with commercial operations in Gladstone, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay Islands, and Central and Western Queensland. Oceanic Constructions trades under the name 'Oceanic Constructions Queensland' (QBSA 41134) and is privately owned by Will Grayson's Queensland-based investment company, Hampton Investments Pty Ltd. Will is the Company's General Manager. Oceanic Constructions was first established in Gladstone by Will's father, Duncan Grayson, in the late 1960's and now has offices in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gladstone. In addition to residential and commercial building construction projects, the Group also offers a variety of residential properties, house & land packages, and project-managed building refurbishments and commercial properties in various regional growth markets throughout Queensland. |

In the Gladstone area where the Group is presently focusing its development efforts, Oceanic Constructions has a current list of building projects and unit developments, valued at more than $25 million, that are either under construction or awaiting building approval. The Group also has contract projects for some repeat clients in and around Gladstone. Here are just some of its recently completed projects:

Numerous unit developments, industrial/commercial projects in Gladstone and several hundred houses in and around the Gladstone Region including Calliope, Tannum Sands, Boyne Island, Turkey Beach, Miriam Vale, Mt Larcom, South End and Gatcombe Heads on Facing Island.
Renovations and extensions to homes, commercial refurbishment projects, medical centres in Brisbane.
Luxury homes on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coasts.
10-15 houses per year on the larger Moreton Bay Islands (ie, Macleay, Russell and Stradbroke Islands).
Unit developments, child care centres and vererinary surgeries on the Sunshine Coast.
Refurbishment of resorts at Heron, Lindeman and Dunk Islands.
A Kingaroy dental surgery, and housing in Emerald.

To help manage its business activities and the quality of work it does, Oceanic Constructions has established an in-house Quality Management System and Project Management discipline. The Group operates under the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance Standard and has a fully-compliant AS/NZS 4801:2001 Safety System in place. The Group is also experienced with most types of Contract Delivery methods including Design & Construct, Fully Documented Lump Sum, and Construction Management.
