Will GRAYSON, General Manager/Company Director
Will has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry in a variety of roles from Senior Project Manager to General Manager on a diverse range of projects in Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory. He has degree qualifications in Civil and Structural Engineering and is the sole Director of Hampton Investments Pty Ltd, which owns and trades as Oceanic Constructions Queensland (QBSA Licence No. 41134) . Hampton Investments was established in the late 1960's by Will's father. Will took over the reigns some years ago and is now focused on growing the business, re-establishing an Office in Gladstone (which is OCQ's place of origin), and expanding operations not only throughout South-East and Western Queensland but also to other parts of Queensland and Australia.

Shelley MORGAN, Interior Designer/Administrator
Shelley is an experienced interior designer and brings creative flair and a vitally important skills set to the OCQ management team. In addition to her extensive interior design skills, she is also experienced in kitchen & cabinetry design, landscape design and commercial design. She is personable, enjoys the team environment, and her work invariably expresses a sleek modern/ contemporary style. Her computer skills are extensive and include CAD cabinetry design, 3D rendering, and exciting visual presentations.

Ben DOBOLEWSKI, Residential Project Manager & Contracts Administrator
Ben has been with the Company for nearly 10 years. Ben is the Project Manager responsible for Unit Development, and House and Land Packages in Central Queensland.

Martin Hewitt, Senior Site Manager
Martin is a registered builder with over 40 years experience in the construction industry in Queensland and overseas. Martin is overseeing our projects in Central Queensland.
Oceanic Constructions has also appointed a number of Supervisors to manage its various constructions projects in different markets throughout South East Queensland and other areas across Australia.
